I lost my recovery phraseYour backupNobody can recover it for you — the phrase never reaches Smartable. If the wallet still opens on your phone, write the phrase down again now. If it does not, a split backup and its password are the only other way back.I forgot my passwordThe app itselfThe password cannot be reset — it is the key your wallet is encrypted with on this phone. If the wallet still opens with your PIN or fingerprint, you can set a new one; if not, the way back is your recovery phrase.I sent tokens to the wrong networkReceiving & sendingIf both networks are EVM networks and the address is yours, the tokens are at your address on the other network — they are not lost. If the address belongs to an exchange or another person, only they can return them.How to tell fake Smartable support from the real thingSecurity & scamsSmartable will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, password, PIN or recovery shares, and never asks you to sign a transaction to "verify" or "recover" a wallet. Anyone who does is not Smartable, whatever name or logo they use.Balance is too low to cover the network feeReceiving & sendingEvery network charges its fee in its own coin — ETH on Ethereum or Base, POL on Polygon, SOL on Solana. Holding a token there is not enough; you need a little of the coin as well.A token I never bought appeared in my walletSecurity & scamsAnyone can send any token to any address, including tokens made to imitate real ones. Smartable marks what it cannot vouch for and never merges an imitation into the real asset's row — the safe response is to ignore it and hide it.
