Buying, selling or the whole service is not available where I amTwo different situations. A provider may not serve your country, so buying or selling cannot start while the rest of the wallet works. Or Smartable's own service is not available in your region, so balances, prices and swaps stop — while your keys stay on your phone.How cashing out worksStart a sale in Buy or sell crypto → Sell and confirm it with the provider. The provider then tells Smartable exactly what to send and where; you review and sign that send yourself, within the provider's time limit, and the provider pays out.What buying or selling crypto costsSmartable adds no fee of its own to buying or selling. The provider sets its fees and exchange rate and shows them in its checkout before you pay; a network fee applies whenever crypto moves on a network.
Security note
Never share your recovery phrase, private key, password or device PIN. Smartable will never ask for them or ask you to sign a transaction to “verify” or “recover” your wallet.
